Red Roof Inn Lancaster - Smoketown (Lancaster County)

Simply no complaints, very comfortable stay. Stunningly beautiful and excellent hotel, my favorite in Lancaster. The rooms with safe and sound proofing, as example. Central location, just a short walk away from American Music Theatre.

Not very helpful staff!

Had a great stay for a weekend, glad I've chosen it. Loved my a double room with sound proofing and 2 queen beds and clean towels.

The Red Roof Inn was close to alot of things. My family and I did enjoy our time there. The front desk clerk named Jay was excellent very kind and very helpful. I felt he took his job very serious. Great empolyee. He's a keeper.

We did not like the way the manager treated a young boy that was employeed their. (The young boy was very nice and very polite.) We also had a bad experience with one of the gentlemen employeed their being very rude he also came in our room to start cleaning and we were still in their.

Accross the street from Lancaster Host Resort

The location was perfect, just minutes from attractions and restaurants, which exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, and the room wassuper clean and cozy.

laundry facilities weren't available

Well, I booked through Booked.net and the reservation was not found in the hotels records. Red Roof had to book a room for me as a walk-in and they didn't have anymore king-bed rooms available. But,they were able to accommodate us.

We were travelinbg with tree children 12,17,18 y, and booked two rooms. The prise quality 100USD/night/room was certainly not worth it. Out of the 15 hotels this holiday it was the worst. Pool is nwy to small, closes at 7pm, and the rooms have a funny smell.

Had a great time! The room was clean and the bed felt so cozy after a long drive! I loved the quality of the breakfast, especially the waffles! I'll definitely come back again!

It was a convenient location in Lancaster, easily accessible to all the local destinations. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and it felt really safe with a lot of cameras around. I appreciate having a public washer and dryer to do laundry .

Our reservation with Booked.net was not received by the hotel. The staff quickly made arrangements for the 2 rooms we needed even though they were heavily booked for the 3 nights we were there. When we checked out they gave us a discounted rate because of the inconvenience caused at registration. They were able to provide us with rooms side by side. Breakfast was more substantial than we expected.

The hair dryer was malfunctioning. They solved the problem by cutting the power to the outlet until we left. They provided another dryer but we had to use an outlet in the room where there waas no mirror.

The bathtub/shower were filthy. I complained to the front desk and he sent a woman promptly to clean it. She worked for two or three minutes and left. (she never said a word) I could not see any difference in the filth. Never again will we stay in any Red Roof Inn.

Good free parking and nice location. Room cleanliness was a big issue.
